I focus on helping businesses, whether large or small, get everything right the first time; from worker eligibility documentation and compliance to litigation and enforcement of workplace policies. Federal and State employment laws are changing. Make sure you are compliant with all of the new regulations and avoid the costly consequences of non-compliance.
I also can negotiate and help solve difficult business relationships, making your workplace a smooth-running operation. The time to get these things right is the first time, and prevent lingering problems from threatening your bottom line.
I have over 30 years’ experience in dealing with issues that happen every day in your business. Good advice makes a real difference. It doesn’t have to be expensive, but it does have to be timely and accurate. My capabilities are based on a variety of experiences as a litigator, appellate attorney, arbitrator and a member of the management team for a national company. I would like the opportunity to serve you and your business by not only offering common sense solutions for your legal problems, but also provide your business a roadmap for sustained success. Don’t hesitate to call now to discuss your business or personal issues you may be having with a business.
Is all of your corporate documentation up to date? Do you have minutes for your corporate meetings? Do you have all of your workplace policies documented properly? Handbooks and proper documentation are what establishes the practices of your business and gives you the identity you need in a competitive world. Having your employees know what’s expected of them is critical to establishing a good relationship from the start. It’s easier to communicate properly the first time, than to correct later on. You have enough things to concern yourself with running your business; I can help you navigate through complex compliance and documentation requirements and allow you to concentrate on what you know best – running your business.
